eXroid understands that not all patients are able to make the journey to one of our clinics. We want to be able to make it possible for everyone to benefit from our non-invasive haemorrhoid treatment and are now able to offer a new home care service.

Our experienced nurse-led team will come to your home and be able to deliver the same fantastic care and treatment we offer in our clinics.

Currently available for residents in the London Area, inside the M25.

Your steps to treatment at home

Step 1: Call us

Call our friendly experts on 0800 999 3 777 for advice and guidance and to help clarify the best treatment route for you and assess suitability for the eXroid treatment.

Step 2: Book your appointment

Our Nurse Practitioner will call you in order to complete a pre-appointment assessment to make sure you are suitable for being treated at home. They will then book your appointment date and take payment to secure your booking.

Step 3: On the day of your appointment

Our Nurse Practitioner and a Chaperone will addend your home address, where you will have your consultation, examination and treatment.

Step 4: Your treatment notes

Your post treatment care notes and letter to your GP will be sent directly to you following your treatment.

Step 5: Aftercare

We are here to help with any questions, and we follow up every patient at around 4 weeks after your appointment to see how you are doing and discuss next steps.

Examination & Consultation plus 1 x Treatment – 1hr

  • Pre examination consultation, including medical history and symptom recording.
  • Proctological examination with a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Post examination consultation, including specialist advice on treatment options and suitability for the eXroid treatment.
  • Informed consent procedure.
  • Treatment of up to 3 haemorrhoids.
  • eCAT diagnostic tool for patient to take away for tracking changes in condition.
  • Aftercare service, including 4- week post-treatment patient follow-up call & access to patient services experts

Follow up appointment:

Examination & Consultation plus 1 x Treatment – 30-45 min

£745

PLEASE NOTE: Only patients that have already been treated within the last 12 months can book this service

PLEASE NOTE: In the event that treatment does not go ahead following your consultation and examination, you will receive an automatic refund for the treatment part of the cost (£720). Only the consultation fee (£275) will be retained.
