James brings over 30 years of business experience spanning medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain management, healthcare start-ups and consulting services.

Formerly with KPMG Advisory, James has, since 2008, worked predominantly as a consultant to the NHS and private sector healthcare start-ups, including medical device and digital health companies. His experience includes supporting major transformation programmes, due diligence, contract negotiations and market entry opportunities.

In addition, James has established and sold a private healthcare practice and has run a specialist consulting business providing programme management and advisory services to the NHS, focused on complex, cross-organisational change programmes.
