Dr Mark Hudson-Peacock

Chairman and Medical Director

Dr. Mark served as Managing Director until April 2018 and continues to serve as Medical Director on a part-time basis. Mark continues to carry out electrotherapy treatments and the training and accreditation of eXroid qualified doctors.

Mark qualified in medicine in 1987 and subsequently trained in Wales and Newcastle-upon-Tyne. He has been a Consultant Dermatologist and Dermatological Surgeon since 1996 and has run a successful private clinic, The Canterbury Skin and Laser Clinic Ltd, voted the top cosmetic clinic in Kent in both 2016 and 2018.

Mark started treating haemorrhoids using eXroid in 2014 and was convinced of the potential for it to be widely adopted, when he resigned his NHS post to help bring eXroid to the UK. He has carried out in excess of 1000 electrotherapy treatments for eXroid and believes that all patients with internal haemorrhoid disease should be given the opportunity to consider eXroid as a treatment choice.

“When I started on my eXroid journey, it was driven by my passion for making the world of haemorrhoid sufferers a significantly better one, using a treatment that is evidence-based, NICE-approved, less painful and safer for them than other treatments available”
