Mr W's Story
Medical Notes:
When Mr W first came to eXroid in March 2020 he reported that he had been suffering with haemorrhoids for 10-20yrs, during which he had undergone surgical stapling, however his haemorrhoids had returned. During his examination with our eXroid Consultant, we found he had 3 large grade 3 haemorrhoids. All 3 were treated resulting in a reduce of 10% during the treatment alone. Mr W came back after 7 weeks for a follow-up treatment, at which point his haemorrhoids were small grade 2s. 4weeks following his second treatment he reported a significant improvement to his symptoms.

The Patient’s Story
I recently had Electrotherapy treatment provided by eXroid. Prior to the treatment eXroid gave full details and information about the treatment together with any forms that I would need to sign or complete.
It was made clear that sometimes more than one treatment may be necessary and so you cannot fault the clarity of the information that the company provides. The consultant together with his nurse assistant could not have been more helpful and considerate and made you feel very comfortable and during the treatment process continually asked if I was ok which Indeed was the case and did not find the procedure to be uncomfortable in any way.
I have found that in a matter of only 4 weeks since my treatment that there has already been an improvement in a problem that I have had for many years and although I feel that in my case a second treatment would be necessary and have actually arranged this I believe that this will be well worth while.
