Since 1983 Stephen has built an outstanding record of success growing revenues internationally for medical devices, consumer healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. He gained significant international experience with Glaxo Wellcome and Johnson & Johnson before moving into interim management roles with medium sized companies in the life sciences sector.

Between 2015 to 2021 he acted as an International Trade Adviser with the UK Government’s Department for International Trade, advising and supporting boards of companies planning to expand internationally.

He has proven capabilities in managing high performance teams building profitable business in EMEA, Latin America, Far East and Australasia.

Selection and management of distributors to deliver stretch growth targets overseas are two business activities he particularly enjoys.
