Founder and Commercial Executive Director
A seasoned entrepreneur, Graham has a highly successful track record in sales, marketing and startups. Heading up a variety of companies within the home improvement sector.
As a long-term sufferer of haemorrhoids, Graham underwent a number of traditional treatments including banding which all proved to be unsuccessful. After many years of suffering and having virtually given up hope, it was whilst sitting around a swimming pool in Thailand, Graham first heard about this new treatment for haemorrhoids from the USA called electrotherapy. The discovery was a blue touch paper moment for Graham when he realised this technology was not available anywhere in the UK or any other nearby countries.
After successfully undergoing the electrotherapy treatment, Graham was determined that the treatment should be made available in the UK in order to help the millions of sufferers. He carefully handpicked a professional team of people he needed to help him bring the electrotherapy treatment into the UK. With the team in place he invested his own time and money and eXroid was born.

I am very much interested in the appropriate management of haemorrhoids (piles) and other conditions of the back passage. The symptoms from problems of the back passage, can often be a source of significant distress in people’s day to day lives. This is also an area of clinical practice that is poorly understood and poorly managed by clinicians in general, making the situation worse for patients.
I have been involved with electrotherapy for treating haemorrhoidal symptoms for some time now and have seen the difference the treatment makes to patient’s symptoms first-hand. For suitable patients, this is an effective treatment with very little disruption to working lives, and I continue to devote a part of my time to use this technique to help people with their chronic haemorrhoidal symptoms.

My higher surgical training was undertaken in Wales and, on completion, I completed a Colorectal Fellowship in St George Hospital, Sydney, Australia. I completed my surgical training in 2006.
I offer laparoscopic colorectal surgery for both benign and malignant conditions affecting the colon, rectum and anus. I also thoroughly enjoy training advanced surgical techniques to trainees. As well as colorectal cancer, my main interest is in the treatment of benign anorectal conditions, including offering a variety of treatments for haemorrhoids. I believe it is important to tailor the treatment to the individual patient and the type of haemorrhoids present. I first treated haemorrhoids using Exroid in 2013 and have been very impressed with the patient reported outcomes following treatment. I aim to publish more research into the long-term outcomes following Exroid treatment to further support its use as a first-line treatme
